Kojic Soap

Kojic acid was discovered in Japan in 1989.
Kojic acid is one of the newer remedies for the treatment of pigment problems like acne, skin blemishes, hyperpigmentation, sunburn, melasma, chloasma, freckles, age spots, dark spots, and other skin problems.
Kojic acid has a similar effect as hydroquinone without the negative side effects. Kojic acid is derived from a fungus, and studies have shown that it is effective as a lightening agent and inhibiting production of melanin (brown pigment).

I add oatmeal to add texture for gentle exfoliation and to absorbs oil from the skin's surface and lessens redness of irritating acne-prone skin.

Vitamin E - Vitamin E is a great antioxidant, anti-aging supplement, and repairs the skin making it more elastic and firm, thus less vulnerable to breaking. Vitamin E stimulates the growth of new cells and penetrated deeper into the scarred tissue making them thinner and not noticeable. Among the many forms of Vitamin E - alpha, beta, delta, and gamma tocopherol – it is the alpha-tocopherol which is best for skin regeneration.
